Extraction and purification of genomic DNA from barley or malt seeds. Amplification of polymorphic regions using a pool of primers designed and verified by the laboratory. Sequencing of amplified regions by Next Generation Sequencing on the Personal Genome Machine® System platform. Bioinformatic study of the DNA sequences obtained using Variant Caller 5.0 software. Purity determination using GeniaFox 1.2. NOTE: To perform the study, it is necessary that the possible varieties of the sample are in the Genexa database.Sample type:
At least half a kilogram of malt or barley seed sample
